Hey - I’m Jess.
I’m a nutritionist who gets excited about pastries and pasta, but mostly seeing people thrive. I simplify nutrition to make healthy eating realistic and achievable again so that you can get on with being the best version of you.
I help those who are ready to be confident in their nutrition decisions, those who want to finally understand the basics of nutrition for themselves, and those who want to eat well but don’t want to miss out on life either.
If you’re ready to tick ‘learn how to *actually* eat healthy’ off your mental checklist, if you’re ready to bring ‘healthy eating’ out from under the rug you’ve been hiding it under hoping that one day it’ll sort itself out, then you’re in the right place.
Let’s do it together - let’s get it sorted but with ease and excitement, because that’s how healthy eating should be, right?

Something about me is I don’t care much for small talk.
I prefer to get deep and talk about the things that matter. Ask any friend of mine when we catch up for coffee, the conversation usually goes something like this:
‘How’s your week? How’s work? Cool, now how are you, really?’ *cue deep dive*
I’m an open book & I prefer vulnerability and authenticity because I believe that’s where true connection is formed and where change is most likely to happen. The truth is, none of us are perfect, nor do we really have it together (despite how much we want to appear that way).
I get it, I’m exactly the same.
So, to practice what I preach, let’s deep dive.
What you may not realise is that I’m not too dissimilar to you *cue the vulnerability*:
Along the way, I too got stuck in the ‘clean eating’ cycle for a while. My husband and I cut out sauces, condiments, FLAVOUR and so many foods we loved in the name of ‘health’ only to hate every bite and realise this was *not it*
I wouldn’t let myself eat certain foods or have them in the house because they weren’t ‘good for me’ 🤦🏼♀️
I believed all kinds of misinformation that I heard on social media, even after I had graduated uni (not my proudest moment) simply because it was so convincing.
I am a perfectionist; I like to have my life ‘under control’ and feel like I’m doing the ‘right thing’ in all areas of my life, and I struggle when I feel like that isn’t reality (there, I said it).
Do any of these sound a bit like you?
I know it’s a minefield out there. I know there are a lot of voices telling you which way of eating is right and what is not. I know you’re tired of trying to work this out on your own. I know you want to *finally* get this healthy eating thing down pat.
So let me help you. Let’s do it together.
This is the future I see.
I see a world where people make decisions about eating based on fact, not fiction; where eating in a way that nourishes the body is second-nature, not a mystery; where people feel capable and empowered to eat well because they are informed, not confused and overwhelmed and where the joy of eating good food with good company is restored.
So I’m on a mission to create a safe online space: the home of healthy eating - where you can come as you are with the knowledge you have, get fed through nutrition-based digital resources and support services and leave feeling confident, capable and empowered to make nutrition decisions that work for you - long-term!
